Sunward Consolidated Group offers you an opportunity to expand your business and get involved in the lucrative world of steel buildings by becoming one of our dealers.  We have a complete line of buildings for commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications.  Unlike other manufacturers that limit their project consultants  to one steel building product line, Sunward also designs and engineers mini warehouses, aircraft hangars, freestanding mezzanine systems, even some steel framed homes.

Sunward Trucking, Inc., an affiliate company with common and contract authority, is available to deliver your building materials direct to the job site.  Loads are managed carefully and usually planned with community freight, and shared with others to keep the freight cost as low as possible. 

Sunward Consolidated Group is not in the construction or erection business.  Therefore, all materials supplied are unassembled.  The approved project consultant is not an agent or contractor of Sunward Consolidated Group.  Project Consultant and buyer shall determine required zoning, building codes, snow load (roof live load) and wind load requirements.  Sunward can supply engineering information upon request. 

Since your dealership is non-exclusive, you will have the opportunity to market buildings outside your community for additional profit.
